Fire Protection Services — Supply, Installation & Maintenance in Egypt

YAMA ES delivers complete fire protection systems in Egypt: fire pump supply, professional installation, commissioning, NFPA 25 annual maintenance (AMC), and 24/7 emergency support for all brands. Every system is built and tested to NFPA standards and the Egyptian Fire Code. Serving Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, the Delta, Upper Egypt, and the New Administrative Capital.

Commissioning & Acceptance Testing

Fire Pump Commissioning & Acceptance Testing

YAMA ES commissioning engineers perform complete, authoritative system testing per NFPA 20, NFPA 13, and the Egyptian Fire Code. We provide comprehensive, signed commissioning reports and certificates accepted by the local civil defense authority-having-jurisdiction (AHJ) and international insurance underwriters.

Annual Maintenance Contracts

NFPA 25 Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

A YAMA ES AMC provides scheduled preventive maintenance following strict NFPA 25 requirements. Our maintenance plans are available for all fire pump systems—including both systems supplied directly by YAMA and existing systems from other external providers.

Our engineers test the full system under flow per NFPA 20, NFPA 13, and the Egyptian Fire Code. Every job closes with a signed report and a recorded field curve — accepted by Civil Defense (AHJ) and insurance underwriters.

What we run on site:

Flow test: Measured at churn, 100% rated, and 150% — then plotted against the factory certified curve. Accepted only if it matches.

Controller test: Automatic start on pressure drop, manual start, and minimum-run timer.

Diesel start: Six start attempts (three per battery), overspeed shutdown, and all engine alarms tested live.

Scheduled preventive maintenance to strict NFPA 25 — for systems we supplied and for any other brand.

Testing performed:

Weekly run: Diesel 30 min, electric 10 min. Pressures, packing drip, bearing temperature, and vibration recorded each run.

Annual flow test: Full three-point test (churn / 100% / 150%) compared to the original curve.

What you get:

Quarterly inspections: Site visits and physical condition checks.

Mechanical upkeep: Bearing lubrication, packing adjustment, mechanical-seal replacement.

Reporting: A written engineering report after every visit.

• How We Work

Four stages. Documented at every step.

Application review

OEM-backed selection

Coordinated site delivery

Tested and documented

Equipment is selected against verified performance curves. Pentair Fairbanks and Bristol datasheets are provided with every submittal.

YAMA coordinates delivery, rigging, and connection sequencing with the site team. No equipment arrives without a confirmed installation plan.

System performance is verified under operating conditions. Commissioning records and as-built documentation are delivered before project close.

Flow rate, pressure, duty cycle, and site conditions are collected and reviewed before any equipment is proposed.
